The Vehicle and Mechanical Engineering Laboratory, is accredited laboratory on behalf of Ministry of Transportation , the national authority to the accreditation of laboratories and the Sport Administration of the Israel Ministry of Calture & Sport.

The laboratory is one of four laboratories that belong to the Israeli institute of the metals, Technion r&d foundation.
